Etwa ab halber Strecke beginnt das Weingebiet Valle Casablanca, dem der sehr unspektakul\u00e4re Ort Casablanca den Namen gegeben hat.<\/p>\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich ist es <em>das<\/em> Weissweingebiet Chiles. Mittlerweile werden aber vermehrt auch rote Traubensorten angebaut. Und viele grosse chilenische Weing\u00fcter haben ihren Weissweinableger hier. Die weissen Sorten sind mehrheitlich Sauvignon Blanc und Chardonnay. Zudem sieht man auch Riesling, oft sogar als <em>late harvest<\/em>, also Sp\u00e4tlese.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6407\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6407\" style=\"width: 900px\" Das ist offenbar das chilenische Nationalgericht. Sah ich in verschiedensten Gr\u00f6ssen und mit unterschiedlichsten F\u00fcllungen. Entweder im \u00d6l frittiert oder im Ofen gebacken.
