Und genauso erscheint die Bodega dem Besucher auch. Unten weiden gl\u00fcckliche Rinder.<\/li>\n<li>In dieses Niemandsland am Fl\u00fcsschen Rio Guare\u00f1a&nbsp;verirren sich aber wohl nur wenige Weintouristen. Es ist schon ziemlich weit s\u00fcdlich im Toro. Nahe am Rueda.<\/li>\n<li>Die&nbsp;Selecci\u00f3n Especial gibt es nur in aussergew\u00f6hnlich guten Jahren. Eine Auswahl aus den besten F\u00e4ssern.<\/li>\n<li>Und gerade deshalb wohl ein weiterer Erfolg von Alejandro Fern\u00e1ndez. Ein super Preis-Leistungsverh\u00e4ltnis. Und nach meiner Erfahrung unheimlich lagerf\u00e4hig. Nach 10 Jahren war der 2005er noch top. Nur etwas Depot setzt er an mit den Jahren. Aber das haben wir Fern\u00e1ndez zu verdanken, der partout jede Filtrierung seiner Weine verbietet.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 12 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. F\u00fcr Balance und Komplexit\u00e4t gab&#8217;s Abz\u00fcge.<\/li>\n<li>Die 2009er sind hingegen viel besser. Die sind absolut top und problemlos 12 Jahre lagerf\u00e4hig. Offenbar gibt&#8217;s da also ziemliche Jahrgangsunterschiede.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Und hier meine Degu des 2009er:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tiefes rubinrot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ausgepr\u00e4gte Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>roter Kirsche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>roter Pflaume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>medizinisch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaffee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voll gereift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tannin mittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlerer K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ausgepr\u00e4gte Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>roter Johannisbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Himbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>schwarzer Pflaume<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t sehr gut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jetzt trinken, ist nicht f\u00fcr Alterung oder weitere Lagerung geeignet <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wirklich interessant, wie die Jahrg\u00e4nge hier unterschiedlich sind. Dieser 10j\u00e4hrige Wein hat Farbreflexe von Purpur bis Granatrot. Sch\u00f6n!
