Der \u00fcber 80j\u00e4hrige Patriarch hat den Befehl durchgegeben, seine Weine d\u00fcrften nicht gefiltert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 10 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. Ein Klassiker von Alejandro Fernandez. S\u00e4ure und Tannin nach 10 Jahren immer noch eine Wucht. Fast zu viel. Alles im oberen Bereich. Aber eben etwas rauh. Trotzdem sehr gut. Schw\u00e4chen in Balance und Komplexit\u00e4t.
