Es ist sehr aufstrebend und Top-Weine wie die in diesem Blog ebenfalls&nbsp;erw\u00e4hnten Pintia und Mauro, der Dehesa la Granja und eben der Elias Mora zeigen das Potential dieser Region auf.<\/li>\n<li>Elias Mora ist in San Rom\u00e1n de Hornija. Neben Pintia. Nur preisg\u00fcnstiger&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Sehr raue Tannine st\u00f6ren die Balance etwas. Das ist mein erster Eindruck, obschon 7 Jahre alt. Ich werde noch andere Jahrg\u00e4nge pr\u00fcfen und dann dekantieren zum bel\u00fcften und auch zum hinterlassen des recht grossen Depots.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 7 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. CHF 25.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2014er):<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-container-5 wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul>\n<li>klar<\/li>\n<li>tiefes rubinrot<\/li>\n<li>&#8222;Kirchenfenster&#8220;<\/li>\n<li>sauber<\/li>\n<li>mittlere (+) Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul>\n<li>roter Pflaume<\/li>\n<li>Cassis<\/li>\n<li>Karamell<\/li>\n<li>Kaffee<\/li>\n<li>Backpflaume<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>erste Reifenoten<\/li>\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel (+)<\/li>\n<li>Tannin hoch<\/li>\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n<li>mittlerer (+) K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n<li>mittlere (+) Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul>\n<li>roter Johannisbeere<\/li>\n<li>Preiselbeere<\/li>\n<li>getrocknete Fr\u00fcchte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t sehr gut<\/li>\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch Reifepotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2.6 von 4 Punkten. Eigentlich ein toller Wein f\u00fcr Crianza. Das Einzige, was gew\u00f6hnungsbed\u00fcrftig ist, sind die wirklich sehr hohen Tannine. Und das auch noch nach 8 Jahren. Man kann ihn also gut noch l\u00e4nger lagern. Zu deftigem Fleisch (hier Picanha aus preisg\u00fcnstigem Siedfleisch) passt der Mora aber perfekt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Wein zeigt sogenannte <em>Kirchenfenster<\/em> beim Schwenken im grossen Glas. Das sind bogenf\u00f6rmige Fl\u00fcssigkeitsmuster. Auch Schlieren oder Tr\u00e4nen genannt. Sie haben nichts mit der Qualit\u00e4t eines Weins zu tun, sondern entstehen durch Oberfl\u00e4chenspannungen des Weins am Glas, wenn der viel Alkohol hat (hier 15 vol. %).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/DSCN8321.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2327 size-large\"
