Ihre Weine besitzen deshalb vorwiegend die Namen des jeweiligen Weinbergs. Die 3 bzw. 5 finca Weine sind eine Cuv\u00e9e von mehreren Orten. Dieser hier aus:\n<ul>\n<li>Pont de Molins (schlammige Sandb\u00f6den)<\/li>\n<li>La Garriga (leicht sandige B\u00f6den)<\/li>\n<li>Espolla (Schieferb\u00f6den).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Die letzten beiden sind in meinem Blog auch als hervorragende Einzellageweine drin.<\/li>\n<li>Perelada ist eines meiner Lieblingsweing\u00fcter.<\/li>\n<li>Die 3 bzw. 5 finca Weine sind preisg\u00fcnsrtiger als die Einzellagen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die besten Trauben zuerst f\u00fcr die Einzellagenweine verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 4 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. CHF 15.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2015er):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mittleres Rubinrot<\/li>\n<li>mittlere Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul>\n<li>rote Pflaume<\/li>\n<li>Brombeere<\/li>\n<li>Rauch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>erste Reifenoten<\/li>\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel<\/li>\n<li>Tannin mittel (-)<\/li>\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n<li>mittlerer K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n<li>mittlere Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul>\n<li>roter Kirsche<\/li>\n<li>roter Pflaume<\/li>\n<li>Cassis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>mittlerer Abgang<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t gut<\/li>\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch Reifepotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wie oft bei meinen Weindegus finden die kurz vor dem Essen statt, welches ich nat\u00fcrlich selber koche. Und diesmal hatte ich den Geruch des Grills in der Nase. Nicht ideal&#8230; Wahnsinnige Aromen konnte ich deshalb nicht identifizieren. Aber der 3 finques ist einfach ein mittlerer Wein, gut gemacht.
