Navarra ist f\u00fcr Wein weniger bekannt als das s\u00fcdwestlich gelegene Rioja. Die besten Weine sind deshalb preislich interessant.<\/li>\n<li>Nach mehreren Weintagen Rioja ist dieser Wein eine Offenbarung, obschon er nicht allzu weit vom Rioja Gebiet gedeiht. Er ist fruchtiger, weniger weich, caramellig und holzig als ein typischer Rioja Reserva. Mehr S\u00e4ure und Tannine. Und trotzdem pflaumige Nase. Der perfekte Begleiter zu edlem Fleisch.<\/li>\n<li>Da sich die Chivite Nachkommen \u00fcber die k\u00fcnftige Strategie streiten (billig vs. hochklassig), sehe ich es als nicht ausgeschlossen, dass die ganze Collection 125 einst auch den Besitzer wechselt.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 9 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca.
