{"id":5815,"date":"2018-04-18T20:51:34","date_gmt":"2018-04-18T18:51:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=5815"},"modified":"2023-02-05T18:03:15","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T17:03:15","slug":"rheingau-mal-was-anderes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/rheingau-mal-was-anderes\/","title":{"rendered":"Rheingau &#8211; mal was anderes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nach mittlerweile vielen Weinreisen in Spanien hatte ich jetzt die M\u00f6glichkeit, mal eines der renommiertesten Deutschen Weingebiete zu besuchen. Der Rheingau ist klein aber fein. Geografisch recht einfach zu identifizieren: Der Rhein fliesst von Basel bis an die Niederl\u00e4ndische Grenze einigermassen von S\u00fcd nach Nord. Nur in der Mitte macht er zweimal einen Knick und verl\u00e4uft dann dort von Ost nach West. Von der Main-M\u00fcndung bis nach R\u00fcdesheim. Genau da ist der Rheingau. Am n\u00f6rdlichen Ufer nat\u00fcrlich, da wo die S\u00fcdh\u00e4nge sind. Es sind keine sehr steilen Lagen wie am sp\u00e4teren Rheinlauf oder an der Mosel, sondern eher h\u00fcgeliges Land.<\/p>\n<p>Angefangen habe ich auf dem Domdechant-Werner&#8217;schen&nbsp;Weingut in Hochheim (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.domdechantwerner.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.domdechantwerner.com<\/a>). Der Domdechant war vor acht Generationen ein W\u00fcrdentr\u00e4ger im Dom zu Mainz. Dieses Weingut hat viele Weisswein-Preise gewonnen in letzter Zeit. Obschon es gerade Mittagszeit war, wurde ich herzlich empfangen und konnte kurz Riesling &#8222;jung und alt&#8220; probieren. Die alten Pr\u00e4dikatswein Bezeichnungen Kabinett &#8211; Sp\u00e4tlese &#8211; Auslese &#8211; Beerenauslese &#8211; Trockenbeerenauslese und Eiswein werden hier nicht mehr angewendet. Die ber\u00fchmten Weind\u00f6rfer sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hochheim<\/li>\n<li>Johannisberg<\/li>\n<li>Geisenheim (hier ist die weltber\u00fchmte Weinforschungsanstalt)<\/li>\n<li>R\u00fcdesheim<\/li>\n<li>Assmannshausen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nach Hochheim ging&#8217;s bei Wiesbaden vorbei Richtung Westen.
