Ein toller, nicht ganz billiger Wein. Zur Familie geh\u00f6rt auch der ebenfalls&nbsp;pr\u00e4sentierte Pintia aus dem Toro.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Ali\u00f3n habe ich eine besondere Beziehung, war er doch vor Jahren mein Einstieg in die Super-Spanier.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 15 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. CHF 68.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2005er):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mittleres Granatrot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlere Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>roter Johannisbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cassis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eukalyptus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backpflaume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voll gereift <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tannin mittel (+)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlerer K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlere Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rote Johannisbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erdbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marmeladigkeit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t gut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jetzt trinken, ist nicht f\u00fcr weitere Alterung und weitere Lagerung geeignet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ja: das war eine der wenigen typischen aber grossen Entt\u00e4uschungen meines Weinlebens. Den Ali\u00f3n hatte ich vor meiner Degu-Zeit schon paarmal getrunken. Aber jetzt: Zapfen zerbr\u00f6selt. Miserable Korkqualit\u00e4t.  Im ersten Moment &#8211; nach dem Zapfendesaster &#8211; verdammte ich die teure Flasche, die ich ca. 10 Jahre gelagert hatte. Dachte sogar an F\u00e4lschung. So ein Zapfen ist ein Skandal! Nachdem ich den Wein in eine Karaffe geleert hatte und m\u00fchselig die Korkenkrumen mit Fingern und Papiertuch rausgefischt hatte, fing ich mit der Degu an. Da wurde ich nochmals entt\u00e4uscht. Intensit\u00e4t Mittelmass. Aber dann entsinnte ich mich, was ich \u00fcber Topweine gelernt hatte. Keine Bomben eben, sondern filigrane Gew\u00e4chse. Jedenfalls: mit der Zeit fand ich den Zugang zum Ali\u00f3n etwas. Und mit dem L\u00fcften kamen auch die zarten Aromen. Ende gut &#8211; alles gut? Nein! Den Preis ist er bei weitem nicht wert.
