Ramen ist japanische Esskultur. Im Rest der Welt ist die Nudelsuppe jedoch vor allem als super billige Instant-Mahlzeit bekannt geworden. Aber die edle Art des Ramen kochens sei extrem anspruchsvoll. Das schwierigste soll der Bouillon sein. Da kann ich nat\u00fcrlich nicht mithalten und pr\u00e4sentiere deshalb ein Zwischending von Fertignudeln und Profi-Ramen. Hauptsache die Komponenten sind frisch und gesund. Ich hab mich hier auf die vegetarische Version festgelegt, seit sich mein K\u00f6rper mit einer Ern\u00e4hrung von ungef\u00e4hr 30% Fleisch, 30% Fisch und 40% vegetarisch unendlich viel besser pr\u00e4sentiert als ein Jahr zuvor. Etwas (sehr viel) Ausdauer- und Krafttraining geh\u00f6ren nat\u00fcrlich auch dazu \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
