Stundenlang in der K\u00fcche feine Gerichte aus aller Welt zubereiten, die dann in einem Bruchteil der Zeit verk\u00f6stigt werden, bringt mich auf andere Gedanken und in andere Welten. Davor einen detaillierten Plan erstellen f\u00fcr&#8217;s Einkaufen und Zubereiten ist f\u00fcr mich als Ingenieur selbstverst\u00e4ndlich. Ich begann damals auf handgeschriebenen Zetteln die Rezepte aufzuschreiben. Als dann mal Computer und sp\u00e4ter Digital Kameras aufkamen, wurde alles digitalisiert. Und ich teilte meine Rezepte auf in Tapas und andere Rezepte. Die &#8222;anderen&#8220; nannte ich Rodolfos Lieblingsrezepte. Es sind mittlerweile gegen 100 an der Zahl und ich habe jedes schon x-mal gekocht und fast bei jedem Durchgang noch optimiert und pr\u00e4zisiert. Und es kommen laufend neue hinzu.
