Piment d\u2019Espelette)<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>ca. 5 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>frische Brotscheiben zum draufstreichen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knoblauchzehen sch\u00e4len und pressen.<\/li>\n<li>Den K\u00e4se reiben. Kann durchaus mit einer groben Raffel sein.<\/li>\n<li>Aus der B\u00fcchse 3&#8230;4 Tomaten nehmen und abtropfen. Den Rest und vor allem den Saft nicht verwenden, sonst wird der Almogrote zu fl\u00fcssig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00e4se, Tomaten, Knoblauch, Paprikapulver, Chili, Salz und Pfeffer in einer Sch\u00fcssel gut verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Dann alles in ein schmales, hohes Gef\u00e4ss geben zum mixen mit dem P\u00fcrierstab. Aufpassen, dass es nicht spritzt.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn die Creme fein ist, nacheinander l\u00f6ffelweise Oliven\u00f6l beigeben und untermixen. So entsteht eine s\u00e4mige, luftige Konsistenz wie bei Mayonnaise.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00f6glichst \u00fcber Nacht ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Das herrliche Rezept stammt aus La Gomera (kanarische Inseln). Auch K\u00e4se-Mojo genannt.
