Balsamico)<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Wasser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Brotscheiben mit warmem Wasser netzen und quellen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Gurke, Peperoni und Tomaten r\u00fcsten und in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden. Bei den Gurken k\u00f6nnen die Kerne nach Bedarf im Inneren entfernt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Das grob geschnittene Gem\u00fcse sowie die nassen Brotscheiben in ein gen\u00fcgend grosses, hohes Gef\u00e4ss geben. Mit dem Stabmixer vorsichtig zerkleinern. Paprikapulver, Salz, Pfeffer, K\u00fcmmel, Oliven\u00f6l und Essig zugeben und weiter mit dem Mixer p\u00fcrieren, bis der Gazpacho s\u00e4mig ist.<\/li>\n<li>Mit Wasser verd\u00fcnnen und nochmals gut mixen. Als Tapas serviert rechne ich mit gut 2dl pro Person. Man kann also nach dem p\u00fcrieren abkl\u00e4ren, bis zu welchem F\u00fcllstand man mit Wasser auff\u00fcllen soll.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mit dem Stabmixer muss man ziemlich lange p\u00fcrieren, damit auch alle Teile wirklich v\u00f6llig zerkleinert sind.<\/li>\n<li>Den Gazpacho vor dem Servieren im K\u00fchlschrank kalt werden lassen bzw. aufbewahren. Kann dort bis zu 2 Tage gelagert werden.<\/li>\n<li>In Sch\u00e4lchen kalt servieren.<\/li>\n<li>Marqu\u00e9s de Murrieta: \u00fcber 150 Jahre Tradition.
