Hier in Valdeorras, dem &#8222;Gold-Tal&#8220;, haben sie eine D\u00e9pendence f\u00fcr Weisswein.<\/li>\n<li>An der Atlantikk\u00fcste und bis weit ins Land hinein, dem Mi\u00f1o Fluss entlang, gedeihen in Galizien die ber\u00fchmten Albari\u00f1o Trauben. Westlich der Stadt Ourense folgt dann der ebenso bekannte Fluss Sil, der zum Teil in tiefen Schluchten fliesst. Und bei den Reben folgt auf den Albari\u00f1o der Godello. Etwas weniger knackig (sauer :-), daf\u00fcr geeignet f\u00fcr etwas Ausbau. Oft wird dabei sogenannt sobre l\u00edas ausgebaut, also auf den Feinhefen. Das bedeutet, dass der verg\u00e4rte und vorgekl\u00e4rte Most einige Monate mit den toten Hefer\u00fcckst\u00e4nden verbleibt. Dabei wird immer wieder umger\u00fchrt. Der Hefeausbau bringt typische Aromen von Brot, Teig, Bisquit in den Wein. Gef\u00e4llt mir sehr!<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 4 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. Angeschrieben ist nichts.
