Er ist Biologie Lehrer und baute sich seinen Wein im Selbststudium auf.<\/li>\n<li>Padrina ist auf Mallorquinisch die Grossmutter. Andreus Grossmutter baute schon Wein an.<\/li>\n<li>Die Mantonegro ist die verbreitetste Sorte in Mallorca. Alleine hat sie aber zuwenig Farbe und Tiefgang, weshalb sie fast immer mit &#8222;kr\u00e4ftigen&#8220; Sorten verschnitten wird.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 5 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. CHF 18.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2014er):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mittleres Rubinrot<\/li>\n<li>mittlere Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul>\n<li>Brombeere<\/li>\n<li>schwarzer Kirsche<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Kaffee<\/li>\n<li>Muskat<\/li>\n<li>Tabak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>erste Reifenoten<\/li>\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel<\/li>\n<li>Tannin mittel (-)<\/li>\n<li>Alkohol mittel<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f6rper mittel<\/li>\n<li>mittlere Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul>\n<li>rote Johannisbeeren<\/li>\n<li>rote Kirsche<\/li>\n<li>Brombeere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>mittlerer Abgang<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t gut<\/li>\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch Reifepotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Zapfen roch in der ersten Sekunde nach Essig. Meine (nicht WSET diplomierte) Frau, die ich oft bei meiner Degu teilhaben lasse, sagte dann beim Wein riechen als erstes &#8222;Essig&#8220;. Anschliessend aber rein gar nichts mehr von Essig. Die S\u00e4ure war ja nur mittel.<\/p>\n<p>Ein toller, spezieller Wein. Keine Ahnung, woher dieser ganz leise Essiggeruch kommt. Er schadet jedenfalls nicht, da er nur in der ersten Sekunde f\u00fcr Aufmerksamkeit sorgt.
