Palacios &#8211; Las M\u00e9dulas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ich melde mich doch nochmals aus Spanien \ud83d\ude42 Denn es ist mir gelungen, den Standort der brandneuen Bodega der Starwinzer Palacios im Bierzo zu finden. Die Palacio Familie ist seit Generationen im Rioja beheimatet. Vor einiger Zeit hat der Sohn \u00c1lvaro dann in Gratallops im Priorat Pionierarbeit geleistet. Besucht habe ich diese Bodega vor drei Jahren. Heute ist er dort die Nummer 1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4850\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4850\" style=\"width: 900px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4850 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/P1020145-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/P1020145-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/P1020145-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/P1020145-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4850\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Traumaussicht auf das Bierzo Gebiet von der Palacios Bodega aus<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wohl das Selbe l\u00e4uft jetzt im Bierzo ab mit dem Neffen von \u00c1lvaro: Ricardo P\u00e9rez Palacios. Hoch \u00fcber der Bierzo Ebene in der Gemeinde Corull\u00f3n pflanzen die Palacios Menc\u00eda Reben an. Die Bodega nennt sich <strong>Bodegas Descendientes de J. Palacios<\/strong>, also die Nachfahren des Urvaters. Der bekannteste und einfachste ist der <a href=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/petalos-del-bierzo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">P\u00e9talos del Bierzo<\/a>. Zur Bew\u00e4ltigung der grossen Nachfrage bauen sie nun eine grosse, supermoderne Bodega auf dem Berg oberhalb Corull\u00f3n. Die h\u00f6herwertigeren Weine sind&nbsp;Villa de Corull\u00f3n und&nbsp;Moncerbal, die wohl zu den teuersten Bierzo Weinen geh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bodega ist kurz vor der Vollendung. Vermeintlich. Nach \u00dcberquerung des Kantabrischen Gebirges, wo wir Skilifte und K\u00fche mit Glocken sahen, begr\u00fcssten uns unterhalb von etwa 600 m\u00fcM auch in Asturien wieder gr\u00fcne Rebberge. Heute Abend werde ich so einen zum Nachtessen probieren. Asturischer Wein ist nun echt unbekannt bei uns. Eher der Sidra (Apfelwein). An der Grenze zwischen Castilla-L\u00e9on und Asturien auf 1500 m\u00fcM.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dazwischen besuchten wir <strong>Las M\u00e9dulas<\/strong>: UNESCO Weltkulturerbe. Sieht etwas aus wie der Bryce Canyon in USA. Hier war einst die gr\u00f6sste Goldmine des ganzen r\u00f6mischen Reichs. Die Verr\u00fcckten bauten Stollen in die sandigen H\u00fcgel und f\u00fcllten sie mit Wasser. Dadurch zerfielen die H\u00fcgel und die goldhaltigen Schichten kamen zum Vorschein.
