Das einzige in Tui, was super l\u00e4uft, ist die Tankstelle, die von den Portugiesen \u00fcberrannt wird wegen des tieferen Dieselpreises. Der Verkehrs- und Dichtestress-geplagte Z\u00fcrcher w\u00e4hnt sich in einer anderen Welt und relativiert gleichsam seine ach so missliche Lage&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Wie es sich f\u00fcr einen Sonntag geh\u00f6rt, besuchten wir zuerst die Kathedrale unseres Parador-St\u00e4dtchens Tui. Die Fortsetzung von O Rosal, ca. 30km flussaufw\u00e4rts von Tui. Keine dramatischen Ver\u00e4nderungen der Landschaft. Etwas steilere H\u00e4nge und m\u00f6glicherweise etwas trockener, weil entfernter vom Meer. Immer noch vorwiegend Albari\u00f1o. Im Hintergrund am Gegenhang das portugiesische Pendant.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Rundreise f\u00fchrte am n\u00e4chsten Tag weiter in vorerst weniger bekannte Regionen. Die <strong>DO Ribeiro<\/strong> fiel mir in Santiago de Compostela auf, weil man dort beim bestellen eines Glases Weisswein einen Ribeiro erhielt. Wohl die etwas einfachere und billigere Art als ein Albari\u00f1o. Das kleine Weingebiet westlich der Stadt Ourense (bekannt f\u00fcr die heissen Quellen) besteht aus vielen kleinen Rebg\u00e4rten. Zwischen Ribadavia und Leiro haben wir uns kurz umgeschaut.&nbsp;Die vorherrschenden Weisswein Trauben sind hier: Treixadura, Torront\u00e9s, Godello, Albari\u00f1o, Loureira.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4802\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4802\" style=\"width: 900px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4802 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/P1020016-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/P1020016-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/P1020016-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/P1020016-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4802\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Die Finca Vi\u00f1a Farnadas von Pazo de Vieite (DO Ribeiro)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nach Ourense (\u00f6stlich) kommt die <strong>DO Ribeira Sacra<\/strong>. Sie verteilt sich auf die beiden Flussl\u00e4ufe Mi\u00f1o und Sil. Dem Mi\u00f1o folgten wir in den vergangenen Tagen seit der M\u00fcndung in den Atlantik und der Rio Sil sollte uns die kommenden Tage begleiten. In Os Peares fliesst der Sil in den Mi\u00f1o. Beide Fl\u00fcsse sind in furchterregenden Schluchten, die hier auch Canyons genannt werden. Die Rebg\u00e4rten sind jeweils oben auf dem Plateau oder an den oberen H\u00e4ngen. Einige ganz Verr\u00fcckte pflanzen aber Mikroweing\u00e4rten im Sil Canyon an. Zum Teil nur mit dem B\u00f6tchen erreichbar. Ein riesiges ehemaliges Kloster mitten im Wald oberhalb der Sil Schlucht.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Im Parador gab&#8217;s dann zum Nachtessen, das in Spanien nie vor 21:30 Uhr beginnt, einen Menc\u00eda von&nbsp;Adega Vella (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.adegavella.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.adegavella.com<\/a>), gleich um die Ecke. Der Menc\u00eda ist die dominierende Rotweinsorte in Galizien. Und auch in den kommenden Gebieten Valdehorras und Bierzo ist es <em>die<\/em>&nbsp;rote Traube. Die relativ einfachen und preisg\u00fcnstigen Weine erinnern mich stark an die Weine aus meiner Region, dem Z\u00fcrcher und Winterthurer Weinland: einfachere Pinot Noirs. Kein grosser K\u00f6rper, aber spritzig und ehrlich.
