{"id":472,"date":"2014-12-29T14:10:37","date_gmt":"2014-12-29T13:10:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/?p=472"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:44:14","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:44:14","slug":"ensalada-rusa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/ensalada-rusa\/","title":{"rendered":"Ensalada rusa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(russischer Salat)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2&#8230;3 festkochende Kartoffeln (ca. 450g)<\/li>\n<li>1 grosse Karotte<\/li>\n<li>1 rote Peperoni<\/li>\n<li>1&#8230;2 Essiggurken<\/li>\n<li>2 Teel\u00f6ffel Kapern (aus dem Glas)<\/li>\n<li>10 schwarze entsteinte Oliven<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd einer kleinen B\u00fcchse gekochte gr\u00fcne Erbsen (ca. 70g)<\/li>\n<li>1 hartgekochtes Ei<\/li>\n<li>200g Mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>frische Petersilie<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Kartoffeln mit der Schale und die Karotten nicht zu weich kochen (ca. 20 Min.), abk\u00fchlen lassen und sch\u00e4len. Beides in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Das Ei kann ca. 12 Minuten mitgekocht werden.<\/li>\n<li>Die rohe Peperoni ausnehmen und in sehr kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Essiggurken und Oliven klein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Das Ei in Scheiben schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kartoffeln, Karotten, Peperoni, gr\u00fcne Erbsen, Essiggurken, Kapern und Oliven in eine Schale geben und die Mayonnaise unterr\u00fchren. Mit etwas Zitronensaft und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Im K\u00fchlschrank einige Stunden k\u00fchl stellen zum ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Vor dem Servieren mit den Eierscheiben und etwas Petersilie dekorieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der Salat soll eine feste Masse ergeben. Man kann ihn auf einem Teller kompakt, h\u00fcgelf\u00f6rmig anrichten.<\/li>\n<li>Die Mayonnaise kann man im Glas oder Tube kaufen oder auch selber herstellen wie beim Aioli beschrieben, einfach ohne Knoblauch.<\/li>\n<li>Der Russische Salat soll von einem franz\u00f6sischen Koch in Russland erfunden worden sein. Heute ist er in vielen Varianten in vielen L\u00e4ndern verbreitet. In Spanien ist er aber besonders beliebt.<\/li>\n<li>Am\u00e9zola ist ein grosses, alteingesessenes Rioja Weingut.
