{"id":462,"date":"2014-12-29T14:18:46","date_gmt":"2014-12-29T13:18:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/?p=462"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:41:53","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:41:53","slug":"berenjenas-marinadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/berenjenas-marinadas\/","title":{"rendered":"Berenjenas marinadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(marinierte Auberginen)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Aubergine<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>ca. 6 St\u00fcck getrocknete Tomaten<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Sherry<\/li>\n<li>einige Thymianzweige<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aubergine waschen, abtrocknen und quer in ca. 1cm dicke Scheiben schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Scheiben mit Oliven\u00f6l, Salz und Pfeffer von Hand einreiben.<\/li>\n<li>Die getrockneten Tomaten fein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Die Marinade in einer kleinen Schale herstellen aus 4 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l, 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Sherry, getrockneten Tomaten, Thymianbl\u00e4ttchen und ausgepresstem Knoblauch, Salz und Pfeffer. Mit einem L\u00f6ffel alles gut vermischen und zerdr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Auberginen-Scheiben auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech verteilen und 20 Minuten bei 180\u00b0C mit Umluft backen.<\/li>\n<li>Abk\u00fchlen lassen und danach von Hand mit der Marinade gut einreiben. Min. 1 Stunde ziehen lassen vor dem servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dieses herrliche Tapa hat noch jedem meiner G\u00e4ste geschmeckt.<\/li>\n<li>Das Toro Weinbau-Gebiet ist am Duero Fluss, unterhalb der Region Ribera del Duero, Richtung Portugal.
