{"id":457,"date":"2014-12-25T14:38:52","date_gmt":"2014-12-25T13:38:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/?p=457"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:48:54","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:48:54","slug":"mini-tortillas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/mini-tortillas\/","title":{"rendered":"Mini-Tortillas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400&#8230;500g Kartoffeln<\/li>\n<li>4 Eier<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>mit Peperoni gef\u00fcllte Oliven<\/li>\n<li>Holz-Zahnstocher<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Eier mit Gabel gut verr\u00fchren und in Schale bereitstellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eine Bratpfanne in der Gr\u00f6sse nehmen, in die man sp\u00e4ter einen Teller legen kann, um die Tortilla zu wenden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kartoffelw\u00fcrfel im Oliven\u00f6l braten, bis sie leicht weich sind (ca. 5 Minuten).<\/li>\n<li>Mit Pfeffer und Salz w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Das Fl\u00fcssig-Ei dar\u00fcber verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>Weitere knapp 5 Min. bei mittlerer Hitze braten. Es wird kaum alles Ei auf der Oberseite fest. Deshalb beim anschliessenden Kehren vorsichtig vorgehen!<\/li>\n<li>Den Teller auf die Tortilla legen und kehren. Danach die Tortilla wieder umgekehrt sorgf\u00e4ltig in die Pfanne zur\u00fcck schieben und achten, dass sie nicht auseinanderbricht. Mit K\u00fcchenpapier in der Pfanne flach und kompakt dr\u00fccken, damit sie gut zusammenklebt.<\/li>\n<li>Nach ca. 5 Min. mit dem Teller wieder heraus- und auf eine flache Platte (z.B. Kuchenplatte) kehren.<\/li>\n<li>Mit einem scharfen Messer sehr vorsichtig W\u00fcrfel schneiden mit 3&#8230;4cm Kantenl\u00e4nge. Den \u00e4usseren Rest des \u201eKuchens\u201c kann man sp\u00e4ter sonstwie verwerten.<\/li>\n<li>Zahnstocher halbieren und mit je einer gef\u00fcllte Olive auf die W\u00fcrfel stecken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kalt servieren.<\/li>\n<li>Tortilla schmeckt am zweiten Tag besser!<\/li>\n<li>Wenn man mal etwas zuwenig Tapas aufgetischt hat, kann man mit Tortillas auch die hungrigsten M\u00e4uler f\u00fcllen.
