Und ein 100%iger Petit Verdot ist schon ziemlich selten. Am verbreitetsten noch in S\u00fcdaustralien und Chile. Die sp\u00e4treifende Traube kann bei schlechter Witterung auch mal kleine gr\u00fcne Beeren erzeugen. Daher der Name: Verdot von vert, gr\u00fcn. Bei guter Reifung steuert sie aber viel Tannin und S\u00e4ure bei. Deshalb wird sie im Bordeaux h\u00e4ufig in kleinen Mengen zur Cuv\u00e9e gegeben um die Langlebigkeit zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/li>\n<li>Casa de la Ermita war die erste Bodega in der Region Jumilla, die Bio-Weine produzierte. Grunds\u00e4tzlich ist es \u00fcbrigens viel einfacher, in heissen Gebieten biologische Landwirtschaft zu betreiben als in unseren Breitengraden, da die Sch\u00e4dlinge der Hitze schlecht widerstehen.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 8 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca.
