Dazu geh\u00f6ren die bekannten Ribera del Duero, Toro, Cigales, Rueda oder Bierzo. Nat\u00fcrlich wachsen auch zwischen diesen Gebieten Weine, die dann eben nicht so ber\u00fchmt sind. Ihre Herkunftsbezeichnung heisst dann Vinos de la Tierra de&nbsp;Castilla y Le\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Die beiden Pegaso Weine kommen aus dem Dorf&nbsp;Cebreros in der Provinz von \u00c1vila in der Sierra de Gredos. 60km westlich von Madrid. Ich stelle die Pegaso Weine aus administrativen Gr\u00fcnden deshalb unter die Kategorie Vino de Madrid, auch wenn sie nicht zu dieser DO geh\u00f6ren.<\/li>\n<li>Telmo Rodriguez spannte hier mit seinem Freund, der Rallye-Legende und Weltmeister Carlos Sainz zusammen.<\/li>\n<li>Der Barrancos de Pizarra (= Schiefer-Schluchten) w\u00e4chst auf Schieferboden und der Bruder &#8222;Granito&#8220; nat\u00fcrlich auf Granitboden. Wahre Terroir-Weine also. Auf \u00fcber 1000 Meter H\u00f6he angepflanzte uralte Garnacha von durchschnittlich \u00fcber 85 Jahren.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 12 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. CHF 35.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2010er):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>blasses Granatrot<\/li>\n<li>mittlere Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul>\n<li>Erdbeere<\/li>\n<li>Cassis<\/li>\n<li>Backpflaume<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Butter<\/li>\n<li>Kaffee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>erste Reifenoten<\/li>\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel<\/li>\n<li>Tannin mittel(-)<\/li>\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f6rper mittel(+)<\/li>\n<li>mittlere Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul>\n<li>roter Johannisbeere<\/li>\n<li>rote Pflaume<\/li>\n<li>Cassis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t sehr gut<\/li>\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch Reifepotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ich habe viel gel\u00e4stert \u00fcber billigere Telmo Rodriguez Weine. Aber dieser hier ist top. Sch\u00f6n, wenn ein blasser (Garnacha l\u00e4sst gr\u00fcssen) Wein so eine Vielfalt von Aromen spendet. Ein genialer Wein aus einer grunds\u00e4tzlich v\u00f6llig unbekannten Weingegend Spaniens.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5884\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5884\" style=\"width:
