Dieser wird eine Nacht im Wein und Gem\u00fcse mariniert und danach gut gew\u00fcrzt stundenlang gegart. Also sozusagen das perfekte Weingericht. Jahrhundert, als die Winzer aus der Gegend um Alba begannen, ihre Weine in diese besonders geformte Flasche abzuf\u00fcllen, um sich damit von den anderen zu unterscheiden. Voller Stolz gaben sie ihr den Namen Albeisa: aus Alba.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meine Degu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mittleres Granatrot<\/li>\n<li>intensive Geruchsaromen nach\n<ul>\n<li>roten Pflaumen, Brombeeren, Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Zedernholz, Schokolade<\/li>\n<li>Backpflaumen, Leder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>hohe S\u00e4ure<\/li>\n<li>hohe Tannine<\/li>\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n<li>voller K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n<li>intensive Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul>\n<li>Pflaumen, Backpflaume, Zedernholz, Teer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t: hervorragend<\/li>\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch etwas Reifepotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ich trank bisher eher selten Barolo. Nicht zuletzt weil wirklich guter Barolo sehr teuer ist. Aber es hat sich gelohnt. Und diesen Ravera 2006 erhielt ich an Weihnachten 2011 von meinem Schwager geschenkt \ud83d\ude42 Nachtr\u00e4glich nochmals: Danke! Meine berechnende Lager-Strategie hat sich voll bew\u00e4hrt. Das geniale und etwas verwirrende am hochklassigen Barolo finde ich die fast blasse Farbe bei h\u00f6chstem K\u00f6rper mit Tanninen, die einem normalerweise umhauen w\u00fcrden, hier aber so eingebettet sind, dass Brasato und Wein eine Einheit werden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Der Anlass, einen Brasato zuzubereiten war eine Aktion von hervorragendem Schweizer Rinderbraten.
