K\u00e4sefondue hingegen bewirkt bei mir oft ernsthafte n\u00e4chtliche Magenprobleme. Eine Alterserscheinung durchaus &#8211; ich geb&#8217;s zu&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb favorisiere ich zum Beispiel Fischfondue. Der gesellige Charakter ist ebenb\u00fcrtig. Das Budget allerdings 100-150% h\u00f6her. Diesmal waren es Seeteufel, Lachs, Wels und Riesenscampi. Ideal sind festere Fischarten, die auf der Gabel nicht zerfallen. Alles in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden und mit Zitronen und Petersilie verfeinern. Der Sud ist aus Gem\u00fcsebouillon, Fischfond, Sherry, Weisswein, Pfefferk\u00f6rnern und Schnittlauch. That&#8217;s it. Mindestens zu kr\u00e4ftigen Fischrezepten. Und Fischfondue ger\u00e4t schliesslich recht kr\u00e4ftig. Anfang Sommer kaufte ich bei einer Auktion einen Liebling, wo ich 2014 vor Ort war:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/cabrida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cabrida, Celler de Cap\u00e7anes, Monsant<\/a>. Davon habe ich <a href=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/schnaeppchen-im-lagerverkauf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier berichtet<\/a>. Der war nun dran. 100% Garnacha. Aus wirklich ur-ur-alten Reben. Monsant in Katalonien (Spanien) ist nicht so bekannt wie Priorat, ist aber fast das Selbe. Priorat ist sozusagen das Appenzell innerhalb von St. Gallen. Also je nach Gesichtspunkt der Kuhfladen in der gr\u00fcnen Wiese oder das Goldst\u00fcck im Kuhfladen. Monsant ist also das St. Gallen. Ich weiss: etwas viel f\u00fcr uneingeweihte. Aber meine nicht spanischen Vorfahren stammen aus der Gegend&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Das Superschn\u00e4ppchen von Casa del Vino war der totale Erfolg. Prachtvoller Garnacha. Dunkle Fr\u00fcchte. Viel Tiefgang. Es t\u00f6nt in meinem Blog wohl etwas so, wie wenn ich nur Superweine verk\u00f6stige und nie ein Flop dabei w\u00e4re. Ich muss sagen, es gibt (wenige) Flops. Ich habe \u00fcber diese hier auch schon berichtet. Aber es sind sehr wenige. Die allermeisten sind absolut top.
