Er ist bekannt daf\u00fcr, dass er neben typisch spanischen Reben eben auch franz\u00f6sische vinifiziert. Trotzdem: ein reinsortiger Petit Verdot ist exotisch &#8211; sehr exotisch.<\/li>\n<li>Er gedeiht bei Villena, also \u00f6stlich von Yecla.&nbsp;Hier die <a href=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/weinreise-spanische-levante-teil-6-marina-alta-und-baja-alicante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beschreibung von meiner Weinreise<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 8 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. Gewisse &#8222;Vorurteile&#8220; aber best\u00e4tigt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dunkel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mehr II. und III. Aromen als Frucht<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hingegen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Im Gaumen erstaunlich fruchtig. Fast was s\u00fcsses, oder ist es salzig? Ich bezeichne es als Bouillon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gar nicht so viel Tannin wie vermutet und \u00fcberall erz\u00e4hlt wird. Vermutlich weil er in der heissen spanischen Levante reifen konnte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine sch\u00f6ne Erfahrung und Erinnerung an den pers\u00f6nlichen Empfang durch Enrique vor einigen Jahren, wo ich die Flasche vor Ort kaufte.
