Wenn ich gesch\u00e4ftlich mit dem Auto unterwegs bin und ein Weingebiet in der N\u00e4he ist, kann ich meistens nicht widerstehen, Rebberge oder einen Winzer zu besuchen. So geschehen gestern im Kanton Neuenburg in Cressier. Zwischen Neuenburger- und Bielersee liegt einer der sch\u00f6nen S\u00fcdh\u00e4nge mit warmem Klima. Eigentlich suchte ich die\u00a0Domaine de la Rochette von Monsieur Jacques Tatasciore. Der ist vor kurzem mal in einer Weinzeitschrift in\u00a0den h\u00f6chsten T\u00f6nen gelobt und bewertet worden f\u00fcr seine s\u00fcndhaft teuren Weine. Ein Freund aus NE lachte dann nur, als ich ihm davon erz\u00e4hlte. Ich verstand\u00a0nicht genau, was er damit meinte…<\/p>\n

In Cressier angekommen, fand ich ein abbruchreifes Haus an der Strasse mit Aufschrift „La Rochette“.\u00a0Ein Bauer wusste nichts oder wollte dem Suisse-Toto nichts sagen. Dann fuhr ich dem Wegweiser „Caves“ nach und landete unversehens vor der grossen Bodega (pardon: Cave) La Grillette<\/a>. Verschiedenste Rebsorten und Ausbaustufen und alles biodynamisch bearbeitet. Der oben erw\u00e4hnte Starwinzer sei noch nie in Cressier gesehen worden und der Standort seiner Vielles Vignes sei auch nicht bekannt. Ich hatte begriffen und hakte nicht mehr nach. Hingegen verweilte ich fast eine Stunde bei der super freundlichen Frau, die den Laden schmeisst.<\/p>\n

Ich konnte degustieren und den Demo-Rebgarten sowie den Fasskeller anschauen.\u00a0Und fachsimpeln. F\u00fcr den Preis eines der Phantom-Weine kriegte ich einen Karton perfekter Pinot Noirs und Oeil de Perdrix. Der „Graf Zeppelin“, im Barrique ausgebaut, wollte vom Namen her nicht so recht in die welsche Weinszene passen. Die Weinberaterin erkl\u00e4rte mir dann zu meiner \u00dcberraschung, dass die Grillette Weine einst in den Zeppelin-Luftschiffen ausgeschenkt wurden und da offenbar eine freundschaftliche Beziehung bestand. So ein Zeppelin wartet jedenfalls jetzt in meinem Keller auf … hoffentlich nicht seinen Absturz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
