Auf dem Weg von Albacete nach Utiel durchquerten wir die Unterregion DO Manchuela, Teil der riesigen Region La Mancha. Die Weine hier sind an sich nicht ber\u00fchmt. Wenn sie aber einem der beliebtesten Fussballer Spaniens aller Zeiten geh\u00f6ren, \u00e4ndert sich das nat\u00fcrlich schlagartig. Also machten wir einen ausf\u00fchrlichen Halt bei Bodegas Andr\u00e9s Iniesta. Seine Vorfahren bauten schon lange Trauben an, verkauften sie aber an Kooperativen im Ort Fuentealbilla. Andr\u00e9s Iniesta entschied dann, eine eigene Bodega aufzubauen und den Wein selber zu keltern. So steht heute eine hochmoderne Bodega im Ort und die Trauben kommen von mehreren eigenen und anderen Weing\u00fctern. Die Publicity als Fussballstar ist nat\u00fcrlich unbezahlbar, aber die von uns verk\u00f6stigten Weine waren durchaus OK.<\/p>\n

Ronaldo und Iniesta sind wohl 180\u00b0 unterschiedliche Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten. \u00c4usserlich und innerlich. Keine Frage, welcher mir sympathischer ist. Der Wein „AI8“ ist dann wohl auch eher mit einem zwinkernden Auge zu sehen. CR7 l\u00e4sst gr\u00fcssen.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Auf die Iniesta Bodega wurden wir \u00fcbrigens erst w\u00e4hrend der Reise aufmerksam. Die Parador Hotels f\u00fchren den Iniesta Coraz\u00f3n Loco (das verr\u00fcckte Herz) auf der Weinkarte. Wir probierten ihn also schon vor dem Bodegabesuch.<\/p>\n
