Um die Jahrtausendwende war er dank Robert Parker (unglaubliche 100 Punkte) und der Fachpresse bereits einer der angesagtesten Winzer Spaniens.<\/li>\n<li>Er kaufte Rebberge dazu und stellt seine Weine mit totaler Detailversessenheit her &#8211; koste es was es wolle.<\/li>\n<li>Als ich 2015 in die heilige Einfahrt zur neuen Bodega einfuhr, wurden wir freundlich aber bestimmt vom Wachpersonal zur Weiterfahrt animiert. Deshalb vergass ich Fotos zu machen&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 13 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. CHF 90.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Meine Degu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>klares, mittleres Rubinrot<\/li>\n<li>intensive Geruchsaromen nach Brombeeren, Pflaumen, Pflaumenkompott, Zedernholz, Leder<\/li>\n<li>voll gereift<\/li>\n<li>trocken mit hoher fruchtiger S\u00e4ure und mittlerem(+) Tannin, welches hervorragend eingebunden ist<\/li>\n<li>mittlerer Alkohol und K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n<li>ausgepr\u00e4gter Geschmack nach Pflaumen, Kirsche, roter Johannisbeere<\/li>\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t sehr gut<\/li>\n<li>kann wohl schon lange getrunken werden, hat aber auch nach 13 Jahren noch grosses Lager-Potential<\/li>\n<li>einziges Problem ist viel extrem feines Depot, welches trotz sorgf\u00e4ltigem Dekantieren nicht ganz rausgebracht wird.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dieser Wein ist &nbsp;sehr speziell. Sehr teuer. Auch im hohen Alter wirkt er fast wie &#8222;neu&#8220;. Kein traditioneller Rioja.
