Er besteht aus den 8 Tentakeln und dem Kopf in der Mitte. Das Auge im Zentrum herausschneiden und -dr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<li>Eine Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und halbieren.<\/li>\n<li>Die andere Zwiebel und die Petersilie und Koriander kleinhacken.<\/li>\n<li>Die Cherry-Tomaten und Oliven halbieren.<\/li>\n<li>Die Salatsauce mischen aus Oliven\u00f6l, Weissweinessig, Zitronensaft, gehackter Zwiebel, Petersilie, Koriander, Salz und Pfeffer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wasser in einer grossen Pfanne zum kochen bringen und den Pulpo mit den beiden Zwiebelh\u00e4lften und den Lorbeerbl\u00e4ttern ca. 45 Minuten kochen bis er zart ist.<\/li>\n<li>Aus dem Wasser nehmen und 10 Minuten ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Nun die Tentakel und den Rest in St\u00fccke schneiden. Mit etwas Piment\u00f3n vermengen und beiseitelegen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kartoffeln schnittfest kochen. Sch\u00e4len, in St\u00fccke schneiden und ebenfalls mit wenig Piment\u00f3n vermischen.<\/li>\n<li>Kartoffeln, Tomaten, Oliven und Pulpo in eine grosse Schale geben und mit der Salatsauce verr\u00fchren solange alles noch warm ist. Dann min. 1 Stunde im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen lassen.
