{"id":326,"date":"2014-12-21T20:41:12","date_gmt":"2014-12-21T19:41:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/?p=326"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:49:40","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:49:40","slug":"calamares-a-la-romana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/calamares-a-la-romana\/","title":{"rendered":"Calamares a la romana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(frittierte Tintenfischringe)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>16&#8230;20 Tintenfischringe (4 oder 5 pro Person), = ca. 200g<\/li>\n<li>Weissmehl<\/li>\n<li>1.5dl Bier<\/li>\n<li>Oliven- und Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 Eier<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>1 Zitrone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tintenfischringe ggf. auftauen, waschen und mit K\u00fcchenpapier sehr gut abtrocknen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Eier in Eigelb und Eisweiss trennen.<\/li>\n<li>In einer grossen Sch\u00fcssel den Teig herstellen aus:\n<ul>\n<li>150g Mehl und Bier<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>reichlich Salz und Pfeffer, Eigelb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Gut r\u00fchren und dann min. 10 Minuten stehen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>In einer Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Schneebesen das Eiweiss schaumig schlagen und dann unter den Teig r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Einen Suppenteller mit etwas Weissmehl bereitstellen.<\/li>\n<li>Zitronenschnitze schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Tintenfischringe zuerst leicht im Mehl wenden und dann im Teig und in der grossen Bratpfanne portionenweise in reichlich \u00d6l (Oliven- und Sonnenblumen\u00f6l gemischt) fritieren, bis sie goldbraun sind.<\/li>\n<li>Auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mit Zitronenschnitzen servieren.<\/li>\n<li>Aioli Sauce passt hervorragend dazu.<\/li>\n<li>Das ist eines der bekanntesten Tapas. Ich muss ehrlich gestehen, dass die Zubereitung relativ aufwendig ist und ich deshalb oft auch die fixfertige tiefgek\u00fchlte Variante kaufe und auftische. Der typische Bierteiggeschmack kommt aber nur bei den selbstgemachten voll zum tragen.<\/li>\n<li>Es gibt Weine, die nicht so bekannt und nicht so teuer sind. Und dann noch im Besitz eines Wein- und Sekt-Industriekonzerns.
