An einem kleinen Zufluss zum Ebro. Die Weine gefielen mir von Anfang an. Der <a href=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/amezola-reserva-senorio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reserva&nbsp;Se\u00f1orio<\/a> ist zwar ein reinrassiger Rioja, aber irgendwie nicht so \u00fcberladen wie andere Reservas. Liegt es an den 15% Mazuelo (= Garignan) und Graciano, welche die Frucht des Tempranillo etwas zur\u00fcckbinden und daf\u00fcr mehr S\u00e4ure und Tannin beisteuern?<\/p>\n<p>Passt perfekt zu wertvollem Fleisch. Ich bin kein Saucen-Fan, wenn&#8217;s um solches Fleisch geht. Nur eine Krux verfolgt mich seit Jahren: es dauert ausnahmslos immer viel l\u00e4nger als man plante. Diese 800 Gramm weit \u00fcber drei Stunden, bis der Kern 53\u00b0C erreichte.
