Meine Taktik zu warten, bis ich einen Kultwein in Aktion finde, hat sich ausbezahlt &#8211; wie immer.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr den\u00a0L\u00b4Ermita, die totale Kr\u00f6nung des Priorats, muss ich wohl noch l\u00e4nger Ausschau halten.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 10 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. War wohl zu trocken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auge: fast blass, mit 11 Jahren. Leichte Granatt\u00f6ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nase: herrlich fruchtig, gekocht, s\u00fcss, sauer&#8230;. einfach alles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaumen: Wahnsinns Balance. Genauso gut wie in der Nase. Das zeichnet Top-Weine aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dem Dof\u00ed geht ein sehr guter Ruf voraus. Ich war skeptisch ob soviel Lob und Ber\u00fchmtheit. Wurde aber eines Besseren belehrt. Das war wieder mal ein Garnacha-Liebling. Balance un\u00fcbertroffen. Hervorragend (3.6\/4 Punkten). Zum Maximum fehlt noch etwas Komplexit\u00e4t, d.h. Terti\u00e4raromen, nicht fruchtige Aromen.
