Zur Zeit ist arabisches nicht grad en vogue. Der Weltpolitik sei Dank.<\/em> Als humanistisch ausgebildeter Mensch denke ich aber mindestens in Jahrhunderten und nicht in Tagen oder Wochen. Und das uns zur Zeit bekannte Universum ist ja ca. 15 Mia. Jahre alt. Mein zweites Mutterland – Spanien – war Jahrhunderte unter arabischer Herrschaft bzw. Einfluss. Ich liebe arabisches Essen. Neben R\u00f6sti und Sushi und H\u00e4mbis. Eine meiner Lieblingsspeisen ist marokkanische Tajine. Das ist ein Gem\u00fcseeintopf, der original eben in einer Tajine gegart wird, einem t\u00f6nernen Gef\u00e4ss. Ich mache das in einem gusseisernen Br\u00e4ter. Das entscheidende orientalische Gew\u00fcrz ist Ras el-Hanout (Chef des Ladens) – erh\u00e4ltlich im guten Supermarkt. Der Rest ist Gem\u00fcse nach beliebiger Auswahl inklusive Kichererbsen. Voll vegi. Ohne Fanatismus. Als Beilage eine Sch\u00fcssel Couscous.<\/p>\n

Und was f\u00fcr einen Wein nehme ich dazu? Zu Gem\u00fcse nicht zu viel Tannine. Frucht ist genehm. Aber kein Sirup. Etwas Klasse muss schon sein. Fruchtiger Garnacha, mit etwas Tanninen vom Cabernet und Syrah: Bancal von Vinyes Dom\u00e8nech<\/a>. Da war ich im Sommer 2014 vor Ort. 60% Grenache, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah. Aus Monsant, Catalunya, Espa\u00f1a. Marokko hat \u00fcbrigens auch hervorragende Weine. Nur leider bei uns noch nicht gross erh\u00e4ltlich. Den letzen Tropfen erstand ich in den Niederlanden \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
