{"id":305,"date":"2014-12-29T14:03:09","date_gmt":"2014-12-29T13:03:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/?p=305"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:46:16","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:46:16","slug":"tortillas-de-camarones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/tortillas-de-camarones\/","title":{"rendered":"Tortillas de camar\u00f3nes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Garnelen Tortillas)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200g kleine Garnelen (Cocktailcrevetten)<\/li>\n<li>150g Kichererbsenmehl<\/li>\n<li>150g Weissmehl<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>1 grosse handvoll frische Petersilie<\/li>\n<li>wenig Safranf\u00e4den<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>ca. 3dl Wasser f\u00fcr den Teig<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zwiebel und Petersilie klein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Die beiden Mehle in einer Sch\u00fcssel gut mischen und mit Wasser zu einem nicht zu dicken Brei anr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Zwiebel und Petersilie unterr\u00fchren. Die Safranf\u00e4den beigeben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Am Schluss die Crevetten gut unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Die Masse min. 2 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Tortillas in einer grossen Bratpfanne mit reichlich Oliven\u00f6l beidseitig etappenweise fritieren.<\/li>\n<li>Die Masse jeweils mit einem Essl\u00f6ffel ins \u00d6l geben und so ausformen, dass sich etwa 8cm grosse flache, unregelm\u00e4ssige Fladen ergeben. Beidseitig knusprig, goldgelb braten. Nicht auf maximaler Hitze, daf\u00fcr 3&#8230;4 Minuten pro Seite. Mit der angegebenen Menge ergeben sich gut 12 Tortilla-Pl\u00e4tzchen.<\/li>\n<li>Aus der Pfanne heben und auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schmeckt kalt genauso so gut oder besser wie warm.<\/li>\n<li>Das Kichererbsenmehl ist leider in g\u00e4ngigen Superm\u00e4rkten schwer erh\u00e4ltlich. Mann muss schon in Spezialit\u00e4tenl\u00e4den suchen.<\/li>\n<li>Diese Spezialit\u00e4t stammt aus Andalusien (Cad\u00edz) und wird original mit den dort vorkommenden Sandgarnelen zubereitet.<\/li>\n<li>Das Weingut Dom\u00e8nech westlich von Tarragona ist neu und supermodern, aber besitzt uralte Grenache Rebst\u00f6cke.
