Fast alles&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Zwei eher einfache, unkomplizierte Rotweine habe ich k\u00fcrzlich verk\u00f6stigt. Ausnahmsweise nicht aus Spanien \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3029 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Aigle-Murailles-rouge.jpg\" alt=\"Aigle Murailles rouge\" width=\"123\" height=\"168\" \/>F\u00fcr mich ein Flop: Unser einheimischer Aigle Les Murailles Rouge. Die weisse Version aus Chasselas mit der Eidechse auf der Etikette ist in der Schweiz fast jedem Kind aus dem Supermarkt bekannt und den Erwachsenen von jedem zweiten Stehap\u00e9ro. Voll OK. Die seltenere rote Version aus Pinot Noir hingegen hat mich entt\u00e4uscht. In der Nase zu Beginn vielversprechend, im Gaumen dann nichts,\u00a0was mich an fruchtigen Schweizer Blauburgunder erinnert h\u00e4tte. Bittere Note. Zugegeben, einmal ist keinmal. Vielleicht war es auch eine schlechte Flasche. Oder war er mit nicht mal 3 Jahren schon zu alt? Wohl kaum.<\/p>\n<p>Erh\u00e4ltlich bei verschiedensten H\u00e4ndlern. Brutto ca. CHF 22.-.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3012 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/cuvee-constance-thunevin-calvet-2010.jpg\" alt=\"cuvee-constance-thunevin-calvet-2010\" width=\"162\" height=\"204\" \/>Und Top: Wenn nicht Spanien, dann S\u00fcdfrankreich. Vielleicht liebe ich Languedoc und Roussillon ja auch so sehr, weil ich es bei jeder Spanienreise zweimal durchqueren muss\/darf. Oder eben weil es zum grossen Teil die selben Rebsorten sind in Katalonien, Costa Brava, Roussillon und Languedoc, welche den Ton bzw. den Geschmack angeben. Im Fall der Cuv\u00e9e Constance der bekannten\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thunevin-calvet.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Domaine Thunevin-Calvet<\/a> sind es\u00a050% Grenache und 50% Carignan. Ennet der Grenze hiesse das dann Garnatxa und Sams\u00f3 bzw. Mazuelo bzw. Cari\u00f1ena. Grenache gilt als fruchtig aber wenig tanninreich und der Carignan ist genau das Gegenteil: viel Tannin und S\u00e4ure und eher wenig Frucht. Also eine gute Kombination.<\/p>\n<p>Mich fasziniert bei diesen Weinen die Mischung von einerseits jugendlichen Fr\u00fcchten und anderseits dem w\u00fcrzigen, s\u00fcdlichen Duft nach Str\u00e4uchern und Gew\u00fcrzen. Passt irgendwie perfekt zum mediterranen Lebensgef\u00fchl.<\/p>\n<p>Erh\u00e4ltlich bei M\u00f6venpick. Brutto ca.
