
{"id":296,"date":"2014-12-29T14:11:01","date_gmt":"2014-12-29T13:11:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/?p=296"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:43:58","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:43:58","slug":"almejas-a-la-marinera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/almejas-a-la-marinera\/","title":{"rendered":"Almejas a la marinera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Venusmuscheln)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g Venusmuscheln (auch Herzmuscheln oder italienisch Vongole), frisch oder tiefgefroren<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n<li>1 handvoll Semmelbr\u00f6sel (kleingehackte Brotkrumen)<\/li>\n<li>2dl trockener Weisswein<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Zitrone oder einige Spritzer Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>ein paar Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n<li>1 grosse handvoll Petersilie<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Petersilie klein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Semmelbr\u00f6sel vorbereiten (Brotkruste in kleinste W\u00fcrfel schneiden).<\/li>\n<li>Die Venusmuscheln ggf. auftauen, unter fliessendem Wasser reinigen und dann einige Zeit in einem Topf w\u00e4ssern.<\/li>\n<li>Gut abtropfen lassen, stark offene oder besch\u00e4digte Muscheln wegwerfen. Zitronensaft untermischen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In einer Bratpfanne Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch glasig braten.<\/li>\n<li>Die Muscheln beigeben und heiss braten und r\u00fchren bis alle offen sind. Achtung: es spritzt!<\/li>\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Wein und die Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter zugeben. Nochmals ca. 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n<li>Am Schluss die gehackte Petersilie und die Semmelbr\u00f6sel untermischen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heiss servieren.<\/li>\n<li>Wer nur einmal in Spanien Ferien machte, kennt den Marqu\u00e9s de C\u00e1ceres. Er ist dort auf jeder anst\u00e4ndigen Weinkarte zu finden.
