Extrem subjektiv, aber vermutlich weil ich sie auf Feldwegen m\u00fchsam suchen und anfahren musste und dann umso freundlicher pers\u00f6nlich empfangen wurde.<\/li>\n<li>So gesehen gibt es f\u00fcr mich viele Bewertungskriterien f\u00fcr einen Wein wie:\n<ul>\n<li>die Punkte und Kritiken der Gurus<\/li>\n<li>der eigene subjektive Eindruck beim Trinken<\/li>\n<li>der Eindruck im Zusammenhang mit einem Essen<\/li>\n<li>das Erlebnis im Zusammenhang mit dem Anlass, Ort und Freunden wo man den Wein getrunken hat<\/li>\n<li>und eben der WinzerIn und die Weinlandschaft, wenn man denn wie ich das Gl\u00fcck hat und sehr viele Bodegas schon selber besucht hat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Der Urban ist der Basiswein von Ortega-Fournier. Dar\u00fcber folgen Spiga und Alfa Spiga, die in diesem Blog auch gelistet sind.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 8 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. CHF 16.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2011er):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tiefes Rubinrot<\/li>\n<li>mittlere Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul>\n<li>Brombeere<\/li>\n<li>schwarze Pflaume<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Gew\u00fcrznelke<\/li>\n<li>Kaffee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>erste Reifenoten<\/li>\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel (+)<\/li>\n<li>Tannin mittel (+)<\/li>\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f6rper mittel<\/li>\n<li>intensve Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul>\n<li>rote Johannisbeeren<\/li>\n<li>rote Kirsche<\/li>\n<li>Brombeere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>mittlerer Abgang<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t gut<\/li>\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch Reifepotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am Anfang ein ziemlich &#8222;harter&#8220; Mittelklasse Ribera. Wenig Frucht. Mit der Zeit wird er zug\u00e4nglicher. Hat wohl auch damit zu tun, dass ich nichts mehr hasse als warme Weine und deshalb alle Rotweine auf ca. 16\u00b0C temperiere.
