Die Muscheln absieben und den Sud aufbewahren. Die leeren Muschelh\u00e4lften entfernen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Brotkrumenmischung herstellen:\n<ul>\n<li>25g Brot mit m\u00f6glichst viel Rinde ganz klein schneiden<\/li>\n<li>Knoblauch und Oregano ebenfalls klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l, Salz und Pfeffer beigeben. Die Brotkrumen sind jetzt vermutlich noch zu trocken. In dem Fall etwas vom Weisswein-Sud beigeben, bis die Krumen ganz durchfeuchtet sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Brotkrumenmischung mit den Fingern auf die vollen Muschelh\u00e4lften pappen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die Muscheln auf ein Backblech mit Backfolie verteilen und im 200\u00b0C vorgew\u00e4rmten Ofen ca. 7 Minuten grillen (Oberhitze!) bis die Krumen knusprig sind.<\/li>\n<li>Mit Petersilie und Zitronenschnitzen dekoriert servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oft kriegt man tiefgefrorene Miesmuscheln in sehr guter Qualit\u00e4t. Diese sind dann schon gekocht und offen bzw. man kriegt nur die volle H\u00e4lfte. Man soll die aufgetauten Muschelh\u00e4lften ebenfalls kurz im Weisswein-Sud aufkochen.<\/li>\n<li>Der Astrales ist ein junger, moderner Superstar. Lagerf\u00e4hig.
