Im K\u00fchlschrank k\u00fchlstellen.<\/li>\n<li>Vor dem Servieren mit Eiw\u00fcrfeln dekorieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salmorejo ist \u00e4hnlich aber nicht gleich wie Gazpacho. Im Salmorejo hat&#8217;s nur Tomaten und Brot. Und Salmorejo wird dickfl\u00fcssiger gemacht.<\/li>\n<li>Neben Eiw\u00fcrfeln werden auch oft noch Schinkenw\u00fcrfel (Jamon Serrano) zugegeben.<\/li>\n<li>El Nido \u2013 das Nest. Dieser Wein ist total verr\u00fcckt (wie die Etikette). Die Flasche schwer wie Blei. Wohl der teuerste Wein in der s\u00fcdlichen H\u00e4lfte Spaniens. Aus der einstigen Massenwein-Region im s\u00fcdlichen Murcia. Entwickelt wie ein Formel-1 Wagen mit Hilfe der weltweit besten \u00d6nologen aus Spanien, USA und Australien. Mit seinen abartigen 15,5% Alkohol wird er von Experten eher nicht zu Mahlzeiten, sondern besser wie ein Whisky zum alleine geniessen empfohlen. Parker-Bewertung gigantisch.
