
{"id":2739,"date":"2015-12-06T21:28:41","date_gmt":"2015-12-06T20:28:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=2739"},"modified":"2023-02-05T20:58:18","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T19:58:18","slug":"tapas-rezepte-pimientos-fritos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/tapas-rezepte-pimientos-fritos\/","title":{"rendered":"Pimientos fritos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(eingelegte Paprika)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 grosse Peperoni (rote und gelbe), ca. 400g<\/li>\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n<li>Saft einer halben Zitrone<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>einen Schuss Sherry<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Paprikapulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Peperoni ausnehmen, waschen, gut abtrocknen und l\u00e4ngs vierteilen<\/li>\n<li>Knoblauch in feinste Scheiben schneiden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den Backofen auf 220\u00b0 vorheizen und die Peperonistreifen mit der Seite mit der Haut nach oben auf ein Backblech legen, und dann so lange bei Oberhitze (!) grillen, bis die Haut Blasen wirft und br\u00e4unlich wird (ca. 15&#8230;20 Minuten). Die Haut l\u00e4sst sich sp\u00e4ter besser l\u00f6sen, wenn ziemlich stark gebacken wurde.<\/li>\n<li>Die Streifen in einen Suppenteller geben und zum ausk\u00fchlen im K\u00fchlschrank mit einem zweiten Teller zudecken. Wenn sie kalt sind die Haut abziehen.<\/li>\n<li>Die geh\u00e4uteten Peperonistreifen beidseitig kurz im Oliven\u00f6l anbraten und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprikapulver kr\u00e4ftig w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Reichlich \u00d6l sowie den Sherry und Zitronensaft in einen Suppenteller geben und gut verr\u00fchren. Die&nbsp;Knoblauchscheiben zugeben.<\/li>\n<li>Die&nbsp;Peperoni hineinlegen und mehrmals darin wenden.<\/li>\n<li>Danach im K\u00fchlschrank beliebig lange ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kalt servieren.<\/li>\n<li>Ram\u00f3n Bilbao ist eine der angesehensten und bestbewerteten Bodegas im Rioja. Die Bodega selber liegt am S\u00fcdrand des Ortes Haro, dem neben Logro\u00f1o zweitgr\u00f6ssten Rioja-Ort.<\/li>\n<li>Bilbao ist mittlerweile ein Grossbetrieb mit Bodegas in verschiedenen Gebieten Spaniens.<\/li>\n<li>Der Mirto ist der Topwein von Bilbao.
