{"id":2728,"date":"2015-12-06T21:00:29","date_gmt":"2015-12-06T20:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=2728"},"modified":"2023-02-05T20:59:00","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T19:59:00","slug":"patatas-al-romero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/patatas-al-romero\/","title":{"rendered":"Patatas al romero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Rosmarin-Kartoffeln)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g festkochende Kartoffeln, eher kleine<\/li>\n<li>2 Zweige frischer Rosmarin<\/li>\n<li>Salz (fleur de sel)<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Kartoffeln gut waschen (sie werden nicht gesch\u00e4lt)<\/li>\n<li>Trocknen und in mundgerechte Ecken und St\u00fccke schneiden<\/li>\n<li>Die Rosmarinnadeln abstreifen und fein hacken<\/li>\n<li>Gew\u00fcrzmischung herstellen aus dem Rosmarin, Fleur de sel und etwas Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Kartoffelst\u00fccke in einer grossen Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Suppenl\u00f6ffel mit Oliven\u00f6l und der Gew\u00fcrzmischung sehr gut verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>In den 200\u00b0C vorgeheizten Ofen auf Backpapier legen und ca. 30 Minuten backen bis sie goldbraun und weich sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tapas sind relativ aufwendig herzustellen. Wenn man verschiedene Tapas macht, die bereits hergestellten im 80\u00b0C Ofen warm stellen. Ebenso kann man die Tapas im Voraus machen, im K\u00fchlschrank kaltstellen und wenn die G\u00e4ste kommen, alle im 80\u00b0C Ofen gut aufw\u00e4rmen.<\/li>\n<li>Emilio Moro geh\u00f6rt zu den grossen im Ribera del Duero.
