Einen Teil der scharfen Kerne entfernen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In der Bratpfanne mit Oliven\u00f6l die Pilze, Peperoncinis und den Knoblauch sachte braten (knapp 5 Minuten).<\/li>\n<li>Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Petersilie abschmecken und nochmals kurz d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tapas sind relativ aufwendig herzustellen. Wenn man verschiedene Tapas macht, die bereits hergestellten im 80\u00b0C Ofen warm stellen. Ebenso kann man die Tapas im Voraus machen, im K\u00fchlschrank kaltstellen und wenn die G\u00e4ste kommen, alle im 80\u00b0C Ofen gut aufw\u00e4rmen.<\/li>\n<li>San Rom\u00e1n im Toro ist die Schwester Bodega von Mauro. Deswegen auch Maurodos genannt.<\/li>\n<li>Die Reben sind bei San Roman de Hornija, dort wo auch Pintia und Elias Mora sind.
