Gut 5 Minuten. Darauf achten, dass sie beim wenden nicht zu sehr zerfallen.<\/li>\n<li>Auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit Zitronenschnitzen heiss servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ailoi Sauce passt hervorragend dazu.<\/li>\n<li>Im ganzen Mittelmeerraum beliebt. In Frankreich bekannt als fritures. In Spanien vor allem im S\u00fcden (Andalusien).<\/li>\n<li>Neben Wein passt hier auch gut ein k\u00fchles Bier.<\/li>\n<li>Bodega El Nido ist die Sensation in dieser in der Vergangenheit nur f\u00fcr billigsten Massenwein bekannten Region im S\u00fcden Spaniens. Der Topwein El Nido (den ich noch nicht verkostet habe) ist noch drei mal teurer, der Clio soll aber fast an ihn herankommen. Diese Bodega geh\u00f6rt der Familie Juan Gil.
