{"id":2688,"date":"2015-12-06T18:09:27","date_gmt":"2015-12-06T17:09:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=2688"},"modified":"2023-02-05T21:01:02","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T20:01:02","slug":"tatar-de-bonito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/tatar-de-bonito\/","title":{"rendered":"Tatar de bonito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Thunfisch Tartare)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400g roher Thunfisch (Sushi Qualit\u00e4t)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>1 Peperoncini<\/li>\n<li>1 handvoll frischer Schnittlauch<\/li>\n<li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel eingelegte Kapern im Glas<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6fel Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Sojasauce<\/li>\n<li>1 Spritzer Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<li>Salz (Fleur de sel)<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>1 Fingerspitze Wasabipaste<\/li>\n<li>frische Petersilie zur Dekoration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den Thunfisch am besten mit einem Keramikmesser in ca. 5mm kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Zwiebel, Peperoncini, Schnittlauch und Kapern sehr klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Wasabipaste in einem kleinen Tellerchen mit dem Finger und wenig Wasser etwas verfl\u00fcssigen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den Thunfisch und das geschnittene Gem\u00fcse in einer grossen Sch\u00fcssel sehr gut mischen.<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l, Sojasauce und Zitronensaft untermischen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer sowie Wasabi abschmecken.<\/li>\n<li>Die Masse in eine passende Schale geben, etwas andr\u00fccken und dann wie einen Pudding auf den Servierteller bzw. Cazuela st\u00fcrzen. Mit Petersilie dekorieren.<\/li>\n<li>Im K\u00fchlschrank etwas ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die W\u00fcrzung kann man nat\u00fcrlich je nach Geschmack stark varieren.<\/li>\n<li>Chivite ist die bekannteste Bodega in der Region Navarra, angrenzend an Rioja.<\/li>\n<li>Ar\u00ednzano ist die Top-Lage (Pago) und der Gran Vino somit die Spitze aus Navarra.
