Und somit auf dem Hochplateau.<\/li>\n<li>Die Bodega geh\u00f6rt heute zum Wein Konzern Pernod Ricard Bodegas, welcher wiederum der franz\u00f6sichen Pernod Ricard Gruppe geh\u00f6rt. Der wohl bekannteste Wein der Gruppe ist der Campo Viejo aus dem Rioja.<\/li>\n<li>Der Tarsus Reserva ist der h\u00f6chstdotierte von dreien. Tarsus produziert zudem Weisswein in Rueda.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 8 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. CHF 23.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meine Degu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mittleres Rubinrot<\/li>\n<li>mittlere Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul>\n<li>Brombeere, Cassis<\/li>\n<li>Gew\u00fcrznelke<\/li>\n<li>Backpflaume<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>erste Reifenoten<\/li>\n<li>mittlere S\u00e4ure<\/li>\n<li>hohes Tannin<\/li>\n<li>hoher Alkohol<\/li>\n<li>mittlerer K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n<li>ausgepr\u00e4gte Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul>\n<li>roter Johannisberre, rote Kirsche, Pilze<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t: sehr gut<\/li>\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch Reifepotential (7 j\u00e4hrig)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Tannine erschienen mir sehr hoch und rau. Im besten Fall kann man daraus schliessen, dass dieser Wein noch eine grosse Lagerf\u00e4higkeit hat.
