Und erst noch Bio.<\/li>\n<li>Er ist aus uralten Reben gemacht und ein schwerer Wein, der lange gel\u00fcftet werden sollte.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 12 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. Mit Teesieb dann gefiltert und gerettet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nase: sehr kr\u00e4uterig und vielf\u00e4ltig, angenehm, top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gaumen: recht starke S\u00e4ure und vor allem h\u00f6llische Tannine. Vom Holz merkt man relativ wenig und von den anderen Aromen auch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Das extreme Tannin bringt ihm Abz\u00fcge in der Balance. Es \u00fcberlagert alle sonst recht interessanten Aromen. F\u00fcr einen Toro-Wein ist das aber nicht so \u00fcberraschend. Ein Wein (nur) f\u00fcr Tannin-Freaks.
