Ein Weinh\u00e4ndler aus Bilbao kaufte 1901 die Bodega und taufte sie neu Bilbainas. Heute geh\u00f6rt sie zur grossen katalanischen Codorniu Gruppe mit u.a. Legaris, Scala Dei oder Raimat.<\/li>\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 12 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n<li>Preis ca. CHF 60.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2008er):<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul>\n<li>tiefes Rubinrot<\/li>\n<li>ausgepr\u00e4gte Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul>\n<li>Erdbeere<\/li>\n<li>Backpflaume<\/li>\n<li>Fruchtkompott<\/li>\n<li>Gew\u00fcrznelke<\/li>\n<li>Leder<\/li>\n<li>Bauernhof<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>voll gereift<\/li>\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel (+)<\/li>\n<li>Tannin hoch<\/li>\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n<li>voller K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n<li>ausgepr\u00e4gte Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul>\n<li>Preiselbeere<\/li>\n<li>roter Kirsche<\/li>\n<li>Marmeladigkeit<\/li>\n<li>Karamell<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t sehr gut<\/li>\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch Reifepotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Fazit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Ein herrlicher Augenblick, wenn man einen so ber\u00fchmten und lange gelagerten Wein aus dem Keller holt und in aller Ruhe zelebriert. Lange bevor man mit dem Kochen beginnt, denn beim Kochen hat man nicht mehr die Musse und die freien Geschmacksnerven dazu.<\/p>\n<p>Und dann ein herrlicher Wein. Aber was ist speziell?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Viel Tannin. Riojas haben eigentlich eher wenig Tannin.<\/li>\n<li>Viel Frucht. Warme, gekochte Frucht und relativ wenig Holz.<\/li>\n<li>Im hintersten Winkel etwas s\u00fcssliches. Ich nenne es hier Karamell. Und kommt dann halt doch vom Holz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reifer Wein. Viel Depot. Aber ich kann mir vorstellen, das der noch viele Jahre lagerbar gewesen w\u00e4re. Schwere Flasche mit eingegossenem Bilbaina Signet. Edel.<\/p>\n<p>Ich ziehe bei Balance (Tannin etwas hart), Intensit\u00e4t (im Gaumen weniger intensiv als in der Nase) und Komplexit\u00e4t (Terti\u00e4raromen nicht so vielf\u00e4ltig) je 1\/4 Punkt ab. Deshalb komme ich &#8222;nur&#8220; auf sehr gut und nicht auf hervorragend.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/DSCN8142.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
