Piment d\u2019Espelette)<\/li>\n<li>1 Schuss Essig<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Karotte r\u00fcsten und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Petersilie, Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Chorizo Wurst pellen und in nicht zu d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In einer kleinen Bartpfanne im Oliven\u00f6l die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li>Dann Karotten, Linsen, zerbr\u00f6selte Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter und Chilipulver beigeben. Kurz mitd\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li>Mit 3dl Wasser abl\u00f6schen und zugedeckt 20 Minuten leicht k\u00f6cheln. Dazwischen r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Dann beigeben:\n<ul>\n<li>1dl Weisswein<\/li>\n<li>Petersilie<\/li>\n<li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<\/li>\n<li>1 W\u00fcrfel Gem\u00fcsebouillon<\/li>\n<li>Chorizo Scheiben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Weiter k\u00f6cheln und r\u00fchren, bis die Linsen weich sind (ca. weitere 15 Minuten).
