Palacios<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><em>Trauben<\/em><\/td><td>95% Mencia, 5% andere<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><em>Web<\/em><\/td><td>&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In der Region Bierzo im Nordwesten Spaniens w\u00e4chst prim\u00e4r die Mencia Traube.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alvaro Palacios experimentiert in diesem wenig bekannten Gebiet seit einigen Jahren auf h\u00f6chster Stufe. Die Topweine sind nur in Kleinstmegen auf dem Markt und s\u00fcndhaft teuer:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Villa de Corull\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moncerbal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der P\u00e9talos (dt. = Bl\u00fctenbl\u00e4tter) ist da eine Ausnahme und die M\u00f6glichkeit gleich zwei Fliegen auf einen Streich zu schlagen: interessante autochthone Traube und weltber\u00fchmter Winzer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im Bierzo werden haupts\u00e4chlich Flaschen in der &#8222;Burgunderform&#8220; verwendet, d.h. mit fallender Schulter. Im Gegensatz zum Beispiel zum Ribera del Duero und Rioja, wo der Wein fast ausschliesslich im Bordelaiser Flaschen Typ mit hoher Schulter abgef\u00fcllt wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 6 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preis ca.
