{"id":191,"date":"2014-12-29T14:08:26","date_gmt":"2014-12-29T13:08:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/?p=191"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:44:51","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:44:51","slug":"champinones-rellenos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/champinones-rellenos\/","title":{"rendered":"Champi\u00f1ones rellenos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Gef\u00fcllte Champignons)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 grosse, frische Champignons (ca. 5cm Durchmesser, ca. 250g)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Chorizo-Wurst (ca. 50g)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>frische Petersilie<\/li>\n<li>ein Schuss Weisswein<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Champignons waschen und gut trocken reiben.<\/li>\n<li>Die Stielenden wegschneiden und dann den ganzen Stiel mit einem R\u00fcstmesser herausschneiden und klein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Chorizo pellen und ebenfalls sehr klein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Petersilie klein hacken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In der Bratpfanne bei nur mittlerer Hitze mit wenig Oliven\u00f6l die F\u00fcllung aus Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Pilzstielen und Chorizo gut d\u00fcnsten (ca. 10 Minuten).<\/li>\n<li>Am Schluss die frische Petersilie und einen Schuss Weisswein unterr\u00fchren, mit nur wenig Pfeffer und Salz w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die Masse mit einem Teel\u00f6ffel und den Fingern vorsichtig in die Pilzk\u00f6pfe f\u00fcllen und in die Servierform legen.<\/li>\n<li>Die gef\u00fcllten Pilze im Backofen bei 200\u00b0C 10 Minuten garen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heiss servieren.<\/li>\n<li>Der A MANO ist die limitierte Top-Version des bekannten LAN Rioja.<\/li>\n<li>Das Rioja Gebiet liegt wie das ebenso ber\u00fchmte Ribera del Duero im Norden Spaniens. Das Rioja durchfliesst der Rio Ebro, der zwischen Barcelona und Valencia ins Mittelmeer m\u00fcndet.
