Ebenso die obersten 1&#8230;2cm mit einem scharfen Messer abschneiden (\u201ek\u00f6pfen\u201c).<\/li>\n<li>In einer gen\u00fcgend grossen Pfanne etwa 30 Minuten im Salzwasser mit etwas Zitronensaft leicht kochen und gut abtropfen lassen. Wenn sich die Bl\u00e4tter ganz leicht l\u00f6sen lassen, sind sie gar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vinaigrette herstellen: Die Knoblauchzehe ausdr\u00fccken und damit die Sch\u00fcssel ausreiben. Den Essig, Senf, das Salz und den Pfeffer mischen und schrittweise das \u00d6l hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Feingehackten Schnittlauch unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Die Artischocken und die Vinaigrette in je einer Schale auf dem Tisch servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Artischocken werden wie folgt gegessen: Die Bl\u00e4tter abtrennen und das fleischige Ende in die Vinaigrette tauchen und durch die Z\u00e4hne ziehen.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn alle \u00e4usseren Bl\u00e4tter gegessen sind, taucht das ungeniessbare Heu auf.
